An indulgent dessert combining layers of creamy peanut butter filling and a chocolate cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread half of the peanut butter cream over the cookie crust, then sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining peanut butter cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
For added flavor, mix a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the peanut butter filling.
