Description

An indulgent dessert combining layers of creamy peanut butter filling and a chocolate cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter cream over the cookie crust, then sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining peanut butter cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, mix a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the peanut butter filling.
