A delightful no-bake dessert combining Oreo cookies and Funfetti cake mix, perfect for parties or a sweet indulgence.

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of Funfetti cake mix
- Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture along with the Funfetti cake mix, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- In a rectangular dish, layer Oreo cookies at the bottom, then spread a layer of the Funfetti mixture over them.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the Funfetti mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, garnish with sprinkles and additional Oreo cookies if desired.
Notes
This cake can be made a day in advance for better flavor melding. Ensure heavy cream is cold for optimal whipping.
