Description

Quick and easy no-bake energy balls made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Keep them in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy as a healthy snack.

Notes

Add extra nut butter or honey if the mixture seems too dry. Dampen hands with water to avoid stickiness.
