Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra desiccated coconut or sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips to the dry ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Coat each ball in extra desiccated coconut or colorful sprinkles.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
