Description

Delightful no-bake chocolate balls made with crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, nuts, and sweetened condensed milk, coated with coconut or sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra desiccated coconut or sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips to the dry ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Coat each ball in extra desiccated coconut or colorful sprinkles.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
