Description

Enjoy tender, juicy homemade meatballs using the Ninja Foodi, perfect for various meals like spaghetti or meatball subs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the Ninja Foodi in ‘sear’ mode. Brown the meatballs in batches for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once browned, add marinara sauce to the pot. Close the lid and set to ‘pressure cook’ for 10 minutes. Release the steam carefully, open the lid, and serve the meatballs with sauce.

Notes

For juicier meatballs, use ground beef with a higher fat content (around 80/20). Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light and tender.
