Description

A vibrant and cheerful cake made in the Ninja Foodi, perfect for any celebration with its colorful sprinkles and moist texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased Ninja Foodi baking pan. Set the Ninja Foodi to the baking function at 325°F and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
