Description

Deliciously fluffy interior with a crispy exterior, these Ninja Foodi Baked Potatoes are the perfect canvas for a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, cheese, chives

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the Ninja Foodi basket. Set to air crisp at 400°F and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove the potatoes, allow to cool slightly, cut open, and load up with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For even cooking, choose uniform-sized potatoes. Don’t skip the piercing step to avoid potato explosions!
