Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
