Description

A delightful dessert combining rich cheesecake with the irresistible flavor of peanut butter, perfect for impressing guests at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding chocolate peanut butter to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
