Description

A delightful combination of mint and chocolate in a nutritious protein ball, perfect for snacks or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
