Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining ripe mangoes, rich cream, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream and condensed milk. Whip until fluffy and creamy.
  2. In a serving dish, layer the ingredients starting with crushed graham crackers, followed by sliced mangoes, and then the whipped cream mixture.
  3. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  5. Serve the Mango Float chilled, optionally garnished with extra mango slices.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best sweetness and flavor. Ensure cream is cold before whipping for better volume.
