Description

A delightful no-bake dessert showcasing ripe mangoes layered with creamy mixture and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. In a rectangular dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced mangoes over the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Best served cold. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
