Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, shredded coconut, oats, and crushed pretzels.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
