- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Fill each half generously with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
