Description

A delightful dessert featuring King’s Hawaiian bread filled with creamy cheesecake, perfect for brunch or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Slice the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each half generously with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
