Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and the egg until well combined.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
