Description

Delightful cookies that combine the soft texture of homemade cookies with the irresistible flavor of Kinder chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Kinder chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the vanilla extract and the egg until well combined.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
