Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert combining the tartness of key lime juice with creaminess of yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, key lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is fully blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing it out to create a uniform layer.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces. Garnish with fresh lime zest.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

For added creaminess, use Greek yogurt. Substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup for a plant-based option.
