Description

Juicy Chicken Patties are a quick and satisfying meal that can be served alone, in a sandwich, or alongside a fresh salad.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Use your hands or a spatula to mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For juicier patties, consider using ground chicken thigh. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge or frozen for 2-3 months.
