Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for about 1 minute until the mixture bubbles slightly.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and mix in the grated cheese, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Beat in the egg until fully incorporated. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
