- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well; stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped apples and pour over the crust. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top and swirl it lightly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set; edges should be golden brown with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, serve with additional caramel sauce and a sprinkle of salt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
