- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half of the sweetened condensed milk with yogurt or light cream. Experiment with different types of cookies for unique flavors.
