- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a generous amount of the spinach and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the point, tucking in the sides as you roll. Place rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
