- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop a tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your hand, and place a small scoop of ice cream in the center. Wrap the dough around the ice cream and seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet with space between each bomb. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool slightly before serving.
