- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Beat the butter until creamy, then add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the diced peaches.
- Fill the cupcake liners with the batter, about two-thirds full, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Beat together the cream cheese, honey, powdered sugar, and milk for the frosting.
- Frost the cupcakes with the cream cheese mixture once they are completely cool.
- Garnish with additional peach slices if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze unfrosted cupcakes individually.
