Description

A quick and easy shrimp dish featuring a delightful glaze of honey, garlic, and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring to coat the shrimp well.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Shrimp can be served over rice, quinoa, or noodles. Adjust garlic and ginger to taste.
