A quick and easy shrimp dish featuring a delightful glaze of honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring to coat the shrimp well.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Shrimp can be served over rice, quinoa, or noodles. Adjust garlic and ginger to taste.
