Description

These bites combine creamy peanut butter and tangy Greek yogurt for a guilt-free snack packed with protein.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed nuts or granola if desired.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid, then store in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. If you like it less sweet, reduce the honey or maple syrup.
