- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a food processor, blend the pecans, dates, oats, and almond flour until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Pulse until well combined and the mixture sticks together.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
