Description

A delightful twist on traditional cheesecake combining pumpkin flavors with a protein boost, perfect for health-conscious dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for crust, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If you’re using a graham cracker crust, prepare it in a springform pan.
  2. Combine the pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the protein powder to the mixture, stirring until well incorporated. Pour into the prepared crust (if using) or a greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
