Description

A delightful dessert that combines fresh peaches with a crunchy oat topping for a healthier treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches with honey or maple syrup and lemon juice. Mix gently and pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil or butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread the crumble mixture over the peaches and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla yogurt or whipped coconut cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
