Description

Quick and easy no-bake cookies made with wholesome ingredients for a guilt-free indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and form them into balls or flatten them into cookie shapes.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
