Description

Delicious and versatile healthy crepes made with whole wheat flour, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted coconut oil and honey (if using) until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  4. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate. Serve warm with your choice of toppings like fresh fruits, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Make sure to whisk the batter until smooth. Allow your skillet to heat properly for best results.
