Description

A tropical twist on a classic dessert, these No-Bake Cheesecake Jars Hawaiian are easy to make and perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Graham cracker crumbs for layering
  • Extra pineapple and coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined, creating a light and airy mixture.
  3. Add in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut, stirring gently until evenly distributed.
  4. In serving jars, layer the graham cracker crumbs, the cheesecake mixture, and top with crushed pineapple and additional coconut.
  5. Repeat layers until jars are filled, finishing with a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
