Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  7. Garnish with chives if desired and serve hot.
