Description

A delightful summer dessert featuring grilled peaches paired with creamy vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. While the grill is heating, wash and dry the ripe peaches.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove the peaches from the grill and serve warm over vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best experience. Grilled peaches are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
