- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove the corn from the grill, unwrap it carefully, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while it’s still hot. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve right away.
Notes
Adjust garlic and Parmesan quantities to suit your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
