Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup peaches, diced (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chopped nuts or granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and create a smooth surface for spreading the yogurt.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
- Distribute the diced peaches over the yogurt layer. Optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts or granola.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bark freeze for about 3-4 hours, or until firm.
- Remove from the freezer, and break or cut into pieces to serve.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
