Description

A refreshing and nutritious treat made with Greek yogurt and peaches, perfect for any time of year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup peaches, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts or granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and create a smooth surface for spreading the yogurt.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Distribute the diced peaches over the yogurt layer. Optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts or granola.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bark freeze for about 3-4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer, and break or cut into pieces to serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
