Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each compartment evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 120-180 minutes or until the bites are solid. Once frozen, carefully remove from the molds and enjoy your frozen treat!
