Description

Unique muffins that blend sweet and spicy flavors with the crunch of pretzels and the heat of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and chocolate chips (if using).
  7. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
