Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruits
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  2. Stir in ground flaxseed, chocolate chips or dried fruits, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
