Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder or chopped nuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and gently stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat them.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
