Crispy and tender cauliflower poppers tossed in a sweet chili sauce, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to prepare the batter.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and fry in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove fried poppers from the pan and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with extra sweet chili sauce on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
