- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package phyllo pastry cups or mini pastry shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the phyllo pastry cups, filling each one generously.
- Arrange the cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be paired with marinara or ranch dip. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
