Description

Delicious and effortless bite-sized appetizers combining classic spinach and artichoke dip flavors in pastry cups, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups or mini pastry shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo pastry cups, filling each one generously.
  4. Arrange the cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be paired with marinara or ranch dip. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
