Description

Delicious bite-sized cups filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini phyllo cups or tortilla cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all the ingredients blend together smoothly.
  3. Place the mini cups on a baking sheet. Carefully fill each cup with the spinach artichoke mixture, making sure to pack them a bit without overflowing.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cups turn golden and the dip is bubbly.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly for best texture. You can prepare the filling a day in advance and bake before serving.
