- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
