Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8 inch pan to prevent sticking.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Fold in pecans if using.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into squares for serving.
