- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 ounces of melting chocolate (white or colored)
- Sprinkles for decoration
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Bake the Funfetti cake according to the package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the frosting until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon and insert lollipop sticks into each ball to create the pops.
- Place the cake pops in the refrigerator to firm up for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, stirring until it’s smooth and fully melted.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Decorate with cheerful sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Allow the cake pops to dry completely in a standing position before serving.
