Description

Soft and fluffy garlic knots that are easy to make and perfect as an appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough into long ropes about 8 inches in length and tie each rope into a knot.
  3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter over each knot and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. They can also be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
