- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into long ropes about 8 inches in length and tie each rope into a knot.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter over each knot and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. They can also be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
