Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
- Place the formed meatballs in the crockpot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until cooked through and tender.
