Scale
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Ricotta cheese

- 1 egg
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marinara sauce
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheesy spinach mixture and place in the dish with the opening facing up. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure spinach is well-drained. Don’t overcook pasta shells; they should be just underdone as they will continue to cook in the oven. Customize with other vegetables or proteins as desired.
