Delicious flaky pastry filled with creamy broccoli and cheese, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is smoothly blended.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface until it’s nice and even. Cut the pastry into squares or rounds.
- Place a spoonful of the broccoli and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry piece. Carefully fold the pastry over and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
- Brush the tops of each pastry with the beaten egg. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
