Description

Delightful bars that blend creamy cheesecake with the burst of fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust, spreading evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh blueberries in season for best flavor. Frozen can be used without thawing.
