Ingredients

Scale
  • 8.8 oz package of Lotus Biscoff Cookies
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the truffles from sticking.

  3. Mix the remaining cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until forming a soft dough.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the Ghirardelli white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator; keeps well for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
